Castrus: making a difference
More than two decades after its creation, Castrus instills in the Portuguese jewelry market, a unique identity, with singular collections, where the bet in 925 silver jewelry prevails, allied to the best natural stones.
It is said in traditional Portuguese that “as the winds change, so do the wills”, but, despite the constant oscillations in the global market, Castrus has been searching throughout the 25 years of its existence, to keep the course of its offer, with the bet in the differentiation of its collections.
“We made or have been able to make up until this point, a difference with our competition. There can be some known pieces, but 90% of the pieces are completely different from those that exist in the market”, says José Castro, about the portfolio of pieces that he presents in the market. For the founder of Castrus, “there is a growing hardship when it comes to surprising” since due to the “instability that exists in the market, to these crises, the people limit themselves a lot in the production of new collections”, that for José Castro “difficulties our work in surprising, but to date, we have managed in a creative way to meet the difference in the market”.
