Core Concept, your partner in construction projects
Core Concept was founded in 2013, with the objective of creating a multidisciplinary team with the capacity to address all project themes. Over the first few years, this team model was gradually being implemented.
“With the opening of the economic environment and the stabilization of the team’s strengths, we have been on a path of sustained growth since 2015. Currently, we have 14 permanent employees and six external consultants, around 300 projects carried out and a portfolio of approximately 100 clients”, said Artur Castro, the company’s general director, to JoiaPro.
As a result of the team’s versatility, Core Concept works in several and different domains. “Our main area of action is in large residential, industrial buildings (automotive, food and pharmaceutical industry) and public works. We also carry out projects for commercial surfaces of various dimensions (from kiosks to hypermarkets), purposes (clothing, jewelry, health) and framing (shopping malls, street stores or buildings)”, concluded Artur Castro.
