This Mother’s Day, Portugal Jewels celebrates what is ours. The brand’s new campaign is an immersion in Portuguese identity, bringing traditional jewellery into the rhythm of everyday life. The visual narrative moves through familiar, textured settings – from colourful neighbourhood grocery stores to tiled façades – following a young mother and her son in a portrait of real, contemporary motherhood.
Under the motto “(De) Mãos Cheias,” the campaign explores the idea that although a day has only 24 hours, a mother’s hands can hold much more. It is amidst the rhythm of mornings, trips to the grocery store, and the invisible care of those who fill the home that Portugal Jewels finds its inspiration, materialized in a jewel that unites traditional know-how with the personal history of each woman.
The centerpiece of the collection is a medal that breathes tradition: its edge is inspired by traditional Portuguese embroidery, and the lettering is handwritten. Available in 925 Silver and Silver with gold plating, the necklace allows between one and five initials to be combined, where each initial can represent a child, a family member, or the mother herself.
True to its identity, production remains entirely in the brand’s workshops in northern Portugal. Each medal is engraved by hand, making it unique. Here, master goldsmiths with decades of experience shape the future of national jewellery, ensuring that every detail preserves the craftsmanship and heritage that define Portugal Jewels.
The collection is now available on portugaljewels.com and in the brand’s stores. The necklace costs €89 (including the first medal), with each additional medal priced at €40.
