APIO awards winners of the 15th Goldsmithing Competition

After being exhibited at the APIO stand, in Portojóia where they were known first-hand, APIO began the public voting period, with it being possible to vote for the favorite piece until November 5th, with this vote having 30% weight in the final evaluation .

The jury, composed of Carlos Caria, President of the APIO Board, Rodrigo Sarmento, representing Ourivesaria Sarmento, Cláudio Passos, one of the most renowned master goldsmiths in the Lisbon region, Rosa Pedroso Lima representing World Youth Day Lisbon 2023 and Ricardo Flamínio, representing JoiaPro magazine, specialized in the Goldsmithing sector, defined the winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places. The jury also awarded three honorable mentions, with the public vote representing 30% of the final evaluation.

The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for December 1st, St. Elói, at 3:30 pm, at Ourivesaria Sarmento. Throughout the month of December they will be on display at Ourivesaria Sarmento, in Lisbon.
