Portugal Jewels received the ‘Money Award’ for their turnover and profitability results in the last GrowthCLUB of ActionCOACH Portugal.

In a Linkedin post, Alexandre Bastos, managing partner of Portugal Jewels, said, “Part of this award is dedicated our business coach Ken Gielen who has been essential in the development of our management processes and the growth of the whole team. I would recommend a business coach to any ambitious family business without debt, as they help create accountability mechanisms, focus and a sense of urgency that I feel is missing in many of these companies.

ActionCOACH is a global business coaching company that was founded in Brisbane, Australia in 1993 by Brad Sugars. In Portugal, ActionCOACH is led by Ken Gielen and António Ribeiro.
