Based on your experience, what concrete best practices should a jewelry or watch store adopt now to increase sales to tourists?
I would highlight three very concrete best practices with immediate impact:
Train teams to quickly identify customers eligible for Tax Free and explain this benefit clearly and naturally; simplify the in-store process using digital solutions that reduce Tax Free issuance time and avoid errors; and focus on personalized service, especially for high-value customers, reinforcing exclusivity, the storytelling of the item, and confidence in international after-sales service.
These practices make a real difference in conversion and average order value.
