APIO Jewellery Competition: Jury met to assess the pieces
The jury of the 16th APIO Jewellery Competition met on 6 November to assess the pieces in the competition and decide on the final results of this edition, which celebrates the 500th anniversary of the birth of Luís de Camões.
The pieces submitted to the competition were carefully assessed based on criteria of creativity, suitability to the theme and feasibility for production. As in previous editions, the final ranking combines the jury’s assessment (with a weighting of 70%) with the result of the public’s online vote, which had a weighting of 30% and was open until 31 October.
The results will be announced at an official ceremony on a date to be announced shortly.
