Tony Carreira launches watch to support women with cancer
It was on the 27th of August that Tony Carreira unveiled a special watch in partnership with Raymond Weil, to celebrate his 30-year career. Limited to 660 units, this edition is included in a successful collection of the brand – the Shine collection – and is accompanied by three bracelets, one of which is pink in honor of the Association’s mission.
A watch dedicated to music, but mainly to women, which leaves a clear mark: a portion of the watch’s sales goes to the Portuguese Association for the Support of Women with Breast Cancer (APAMCM). The presentation was held at the new headquarters of the institution, with the presence of the singer, the president of the Mafalda Pinto-Coelho institution and Marta Torres, administrator of Torres Distribuição.
Tony Carreira spoke personally about his close connection with APAMCM. He has been an ambassador for the Sempre Mulher Race for 10 years and stated that since then he has been more and more aware of the importance of preventing cancer. The singer has always been connected to the female audience hence the opportunity arose to ally with an institution focused on women.
