1. Previous editions: the experience already acquired

The minimalist and intimate atmosphere is one of Alfândega Joias’ unique signatures. Created to “bring the sector together”, the event is an alternative platform for the best in jewelry, goldsmithing and watchmaking. The pioneering edition, in 2023, saw the participation of 16 companies and around 200 visitors, numbers that increased in 2024, with a presence totaling more than 20 exhibitors, in a “very positive” assessment shared by the majority of those present.

2. Segmentation and different exhibitors

Built on two successful editions, this is one of the central themes for the next edition of “Alfândega Joias”, which is consolidating its position as an important event in the jewelry and watchmaking sector. For the third stage, the fair promises to strengthen one of its main pillars: diversification. This means that the exhibition will embrace an even greater variety of styles and products, catering to different segments of the jewelry and accessories market.

3. Jewelry design: art and innovation

The role of jewelry in fashion and style are inseparable elements in an eclectic sector where jewelry greatly influences collection trends. At “Alfândega Joias” there is room to showcase national collaborations and brands that combine jewelry design with the art and functionality of the pieces. The growing interest in personalized jewelry, from wedding rings to pieces that reflect customers’ personal or emotional traits, are other points of interest at the show, where you can see how jewelers are creating unique pieces to meet individual needs.

4. Sustainability and ethics in jewelry production

In 2025 it will be even more important to explore the growing concern for sustainability in the jewelry sector, with a focus on the use of recycled materials, ethical mining and transparency in supply chains. It is essential to show how sectors are adopting green practices to reduce their environmental impact.
